Implementing a new technology into your newsroom is never easy. A series of 2-hour training sessions will introduce users to Control Tower concepts and demonstrate key functionalities that bring maximum benefit to your newsroom. Our trainers deliver a field proven and easy learning curriculum.

| Technical Administrator Training
|
| These sessions give users in depth knowledge of Proxim-IT and the Proxim-IT environment sufficient to allow users to configure the software and manage updates. These sessions are intended for technical users.

| Super User Training
|
| These sessions give users detailed knowledge of the Proxim-IT product line. Each module is explained, as is the effect of parameter entry. These sessions are meant for the business managers and while no previous experience is needed, a general proficiency with software use is recommended.

| User Training
|
| In these sessions, only the functions that apply to each main group of users are explained. The goal is to get the users up and running as quickly as possible with the functionality that is most of use to them.

| User Manuals
|
| Proxim-IT provides user manuals as both hard copy and as an Adobe Acrobat soft copy. These manuals are updated after every major release.
